Happy to share that my short animation Sisterhood was officially selected to participate at the 13th Athens Animfest, an animation festival in Athens, Greece. The festival will take place on Thursday, 15th of March and will end on Wednesday, 21st of March, 2018. The film was also selected to participate in ProFi Fest, 7th International Movie Festival in Prokuplje, Prokuplje, Serbia that will take place from 16th to 20th of May.

My MFA thesis work will be on view at The William Benton Museum of Art from April 3rd until May 6th. After this period the show will be hosted by LMAK Gallery in NYC from June 14th until July 27th.
NYC premiere of The Red Chair takes place at Dixon Place on September 21, 2017 at 7.30 PM.

Thrilled to receive the David Marshall Schoolarship that will fully fund my residency at the Penland School of Crafts, Penland, NC, USA. During that period I will attend printmaking workshop Screenprinting: Basics & Beyond and work with Studio artist and adjunct professor at Utah State University, Sage Perrott.

Performance piece The Red Chair has been recognized as the best project to receive a support from the University of Connecticut funding from School of Fine Arts Dean's Fund. Thanks to a great generosity of the school you will be able to see this project at the Artspace, New Haven in the spring of 2017.

It has been an amazing expereince to be a part of a great team and serve as an Expert Consultant for Set Design (creating characters armatures, set construction, creating hairstyles for characters, animation of the black-haired girl in the spring scene, paint out of the spring scene) and children's workshop coordinator.

Dear friends, I am very happy to share that I got accepted into three MFA programs in the United States, the University of Delaware, University of Connecticut, and the New York Academy of Art. It was a difficult decision to choose in between these amazing schools, and after making it I look forward to this new three-year chepter at MFA Studio Art Program, Art&Art History Department, School of Fine Arts, University of Connecticut.
